Removed Post

In the interest of getting along, and to prevent more issues for family members, I took down the post about Hams and GMRS in Metro Detroit.

  1. This tactic of seeking out other people’s family is evil. The people who do it are evil, because they want to use threats to force others to behave differently. Out on the streets it would earn them a bloody nose, but on the internet its easy to be tough.

  2. Funny thing is the sad ham responses just reinforced your initial point. In particular the “you can’t pass the test” BS comment. .

  4. Your comments were reasonable and on point. Guess you probably need to spend some serious time thinking about where your line in the sand is. If this caused you heartburn, there are alot of other things that should cause even more…..if you are going to put your Comments out there on more important topics you better be ready to stand by them

  5. I don’t have a dog in this particular fight, but I enjoy reading your posts. It strikes me that it might be wise to not alienate potential allies through public criticism or threats. I’m talking to both sides here. Should shtf, I think that radio communications would become more efficient and effective by necessity and folks would learn pretty quickly what and what not to do through practice and observation. Hey, maybe long discussions about medical problems and technical stuff now keeps certain listening ears from monitoring those channels too much. Ha!
