Hope Is Not A Strategy

A couple of weeks ago, I put out a post about Heeding Warnings.  I got some feedback, accusing me of being political in the post.  

I would challenge that the politics of the situation DO

NOT MATTER ONE BIT.  The politics are the symptom, the danger is the widespread violence.  

The person went on to explain that the left was justified and the right wasn’t.  I say again…IT DOESN’T MATTER ONE SINGLE BIT.

If you are truly into preparedness, you would have realized that, just like I’m going to today, I’m pointing out that you need to be aware that it’s getting worse, and that every indicator is pointing to even worse violence and more widespread, not less.

Yesterday, an unknown subject walked up on a police vehicle and shot two officers in the head, for no reason.  The BLM/ANTIFA crowd then went to the hospital and surrounded it, threatening the other officers, saying “You’re next” and screaming “We Hope They Die”.

Now, if you think that there is some justification for either the shooting or the behavior at the hospital, go ahead and unfollow me and block me on your social media.  

HOWEVER, my point is that this is another INDICATOR and warning that you should heed, regardless of your politics.  This was a military action against the government of the United States (yes, I know they were county officers, but they represent the nation).  The fact that HUNDREDS of others immediately came out into the streets to praise the attack should alert you that we are closer to a civil war than you may think.

The prudent see danger and take refuge,

But the simple keep going and pay the penalty.

Proverbs 22:3

I keep seeing posts on social media that say “This is why you have to vote Trump in November” or “After the election, Trump will solve this if he wins”.   What on earth motivates people to think like this?  Is he not President TODAY?  What will change after the election?  And, more importantly, why do you think that these insane people in the streets protesting will just shrug their shoulders and go home if he wins?  They won’t, they’ll get 10,000 times WORSE.

I also hear “This is why you need to vote in Biden”.  Biden has been in government for 50 years and hasn’t solved the problems that led to this situation, and 8 of those years he was Vice President.   Also, if you actually attend the protests to try and learn what these people are saying, you’ll hear that they don’t want him to be President either.

The point I’m making, yet again, is that we ALL have to get past this normalcy bias that it will all get better after the election.

It’s going to get worse, no matter who wins the election.

Watch out for false prophets.

They come to you in sheep’s clothing, 

But inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

By their fruits you will know them.

To analyze some of their plans, just listen to the media.  Stories are being ran on every network and paper that say that any outcome other than a landslide by Biden will result in widespread disorder and violence.  THAT’S what you need to prepare for, rather than hoping your candidate wins and that the magical peace fairies will arrive.

They are telling you exactly what they are going to do.  They mentioned a war game that they ran that indicated that the Governors of several states (Including Nanny Whitmer here in Michigan) would direct their Electors to cast ballots for Biden, regardless of the State results.  This would lead to more protests and Joe Biden himself even said he’d send troops to remove Trump from the White House.  

“By their fruits, you will know them”…Just listen to what they are telling you.

There is absolutely nothing that you or I can do, aside from vote, to change the SECOND ORDER EFFECTS.  Everyone is so focused on the First Order effect, which is who wins, that everyone is neglecting the SECOND ORDER effect, which is widespread civil disorder and violence.  

This second order effect will also likely lead into a third order effect, which is a Balkan-Type civil war.

I mentioned this potential the other day and this guy spammed my Twitter repeatedly with “Nah, it’ll ever happen”.  Seriously, how do these people not see it?  There is a current news story about a few dozen families buying up land in Georgia to make “a city safe for black people”.  During the Balkan War, NATO enforced Muslim enclaves or “Cities safe for Muslim people” and Serbian enclaves  or “areas safe for Serbs”.  See how that worked out?

The entire point of this post is share with you some Bible wisdom about being aware, while also URGING you to stop thinking that the election will solve any of this.  

I’d also like to point that whether or not YOUR particular candidate wins, has NOTHING AT ALL to do with whether or not you should prepare for the potential for widespread disorder and violence.  If you are TRULY into preparedness, you’ll agree that the risk of civil war hasn’t been this high since the 1860 election.

Please be safe, please prepare according, and help others break their normalcy bias.
